Refund Policy

1. General Principles
BlackAce Consultancy Private Limited provides digital services including access to our proprietary SaaS platform, educational materials, and skill-assessment evaluations. Due to the immediate delivery and nature of these digital services, we maintain a strict refund policy.
2. Evaluation Fees
All fees paid for "Starter", "Pro", or "Elite" evaluations are final and non-refundable once the account credentials have been generated and sent to the user. By purchasing an evaluation, you acknowledge that you are paying for the service of skill assessment, which begins immediately upon account creation.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a persistent technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the assessment for more than 48 consecutive hours, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- Unactivated Accounts: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase AND have NOT yet logged into the terminal or executed any simulated trades.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@blackaceconsultancy.com with your transaction ID and a detailed explanation of your request. All requests are reviewed by our compliance department within 5-7 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated data.
